The San Marino Tennis Federation, in agreement with the Secretary of State for Tourism and Sport, announced the ATP, the inability to proceed with the organization of the International Open of San Marino in 2015 noting the lack of economic conditions needed to ensure the optimal event.
The ATP, hearing the decision, said it regretted and expressed hope for a speedy return of the San Marino event in the international calendar since 2016.
The commitment of the Sammarinese Tennis Federation, this year will be directed to the organization of the Davis Cup that the ITF has strongly lead to San Marino, scheduled for 13 to 18 July 2015, and the important international youth tournament ITF that will play from July 27 to August 2.
